How to get a salesforce session ID.

1. Login to SF using the credentials you have.
2. in another tab open https://workbench.developerforce.com
3. In the Environment: drop-down choose Sandbox.
4. Hit the "Login with Salesforce" button.
5. Go to Info->Session Information.
6. Go to Connection-> Session Id:
